• Appointment must be used within 14 days of the purchase date

• Advance booking is required and subject to availability

• Both guests must attend the session together

• Not valid for private bookings or special events

Exclusions

• Not redeemable for cash

• Cannot be purchased as a giftcard

• Cannot be exchanged for any other Native State product, service, membership, or offering

• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, package, or third-party voucher

• No extensions will be granted beyond the validity period
